Deposits
A deposit of £20 is required for treatments under £100, and £50 for treatments priced £100 and over. For treatments priced on consultation, please contact the clinic to confirm the price and deposit before booking. Deposits are non-refundable and are deducted from your final treatment balance. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. Changes with less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows and late arrivals where treatment cannot proceed will result in the deposit being lost and a new deposit being needed.
Late arrivals
Your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled depending on remaining time and practitioner availability.
Refunds
Completed treatments and deposits are non-refundable. When a treatment cannot proceed for medical or professional reasons, the clinic will assess the circumstances individually.
